A preorder is an item that is not currently in stock. By purchasing a preorder, you're reserving your pin before production is complete. Your order will ship once manufacturing and quality checks are finished.
Each preorder listing includes an estimated shipping date. Manufacturing timelines can occasionally change due to factory schedules, shipping delays, customs processing, or quality control checks.
Yes! Please note that orders containing preorder items will ship together once all items are available. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.
The finished product will closely match the artwork shown, but slight color variations can occur during manufacturing. Screen colors may also vary depending on your device.
Preorders may be canceled before manufacturing begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
Returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Yes! International shipping is available to many countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Production updates are shared through product pages, email updates, and social media whenever major milestones are reached.
Some designs will be Limited Edition L.E and will not be restocked. Those pins will say LE in the description.
